Proven experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Representative, or Customer Service Executive (prior experience handling B2B portals like IndiaMART is preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable working knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet navigation.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
