Key ResponsibilitiesDesign HVAC systems for commercial, residential, industrial, and other projects.
Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment layouts.
Perform cooling load calculations and select suitable HVAC equipment.
Prepare BOQ, material take-off, and technical specifications.
Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings and working drawings.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, procurement, and site execution teams.
Review drawings and ensure designs match site conditions and project requirements.
Provide technical support to the site team during installation and execution.
Check contractor/subcontractor drawings and measurements.
Assist in preparing technical submittals and documentation.




Ensure designs comply with applicable HVAC standards and project specifications.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of HVAC system design and MEP coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of HVAC equipment such as AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chillers, Pumps, Fans, and Cooling Towers.
Valuable understanding of ducting, piping, ventilation, and chilled-water systems.
Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
