Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation or flagship projects in the maritime/ logistics sector.
Indicative Scope of Work:
Provide overall leadership and coordination for the PMU’s operations and project delivery.
Oversee evaluation of techno-commercial studies and ensure projects meet financial and strategic targets.
Coordinate with key stakeholders and government departments to secure necessary approvals and support.
Prepare and present periodic progress reports for senior management.
