Job ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads, customers, dealers and distributors.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
Update lead and customer data in ERP/Excel.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
Maintain customer files and sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for enquiries and order follow-ups.
Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle basic customer queries and share information with the Sales Team.
Maintain proper physical and digital records.
Perform data entry and other documentation work as required.
Skills RequiredGood communication and follow-up skills.
Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
Positive data-entry and documentation skills.
Ability to prepare basic reports.
Positive customer-handling skills.
Steel/TMT industry experience will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15000/ PM Take home
