JD: Maintenance Manager / Asst. manager/ Supervisor
Responsible for operation and maintenance; all engineering equipment’s and chiller plant.
Restaurant facilities like Electrical Equipment’s (Heating & Cooling), Air condition, Cold Storage, DG, Reverse Osmosis plant, Civil jobs including Painting and Carpentry work, Drain lines etc.
Preparing various preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring their proper implementation & work on renewal of all AMC’s.
Proactive measures for the maximum energy conservation without hampering the operations, customer comfort and system operating parameters.
Prepare budgets and use budgets for energy consumption, Repairs & Maintenance
Prepare weekly and Monthly Report and update with Maintenance Manager
