Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, cost control, quality, safety, manpower management, and timely completion of the project.
Key ResponsibilitiesOverall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil construction projects.
Manage project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and milestones.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Manage project manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources effectively.
Control project costs, budgets, material consumption, and productivity.




Review and approve work plans, method statements, and construction schedules.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the QA/QC and Safety teams to maintain required quality and HSE standards.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines and specifications.
Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management/client.
Coordinate billing, measurements, variations, extra items, and contractual requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of project records, approvals, inspections, and reports.
Resolve site-level technical and operational issues in coordination with concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements.
Lead and motivate project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
Ensure successful project handover and completion within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
