Educational Qualification
CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and corporate finance.
Experience
10–15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Previous experience in a senior managerial/leadership position such as Finance Head, Financial Controller or CFO.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate/Property Development industry.
Experience in handling project finance, real estate accounting, cash-flow management, budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of Accounts & Finance.
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Cash-flow and fund management.
Preparation and review of financial statements and MIS.
GST,
income tax and other statutory compliances.
Coordination with auditors, banks and government authorities.
Financial risk management and internal controls.
Advising the Managing Director/Board on financial and strategic matters.
Leading and managing the Finance & Accounts team.
