Roles & Responsibilities: Client and Media Relations:● Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email.● Build robust relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media.● Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.● Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively. Monitoring and Research:● Monitor traditional and new age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities. Marketing Coordination:● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.● Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising Event and Campaign Management:● On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities.● Prepare presentations,



campaign taglines, and interview responses. Content Creation and Documentation:● Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media. Crisis Management:● Support seamless crisis management and troubleshooting. Client Relationship Management:● Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service.● Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. Strategic Planning:● Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants.● Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations. Knowledge Upkeep:● Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders.● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
