We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and managing Amazon Connect solutions, with a focus on optimizing customer interactions and enhancing operational efficiency.
Summary: AWS Developer responsible for building AI-driven IVR solutions in Amazon Connect, with hands-on expertise in prompt engineering (goal-oriented vs. scripted), agent assist, and screen pop integration. Owns validation of prompt logic and code quality, and supports runbooks for deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operations of AI-powered contact center solutions
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize call flow and routing strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Amazon Connect services.




- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
