Job Responsibilities
Attend customers at the Godrej showroom/store.
Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable products.
Explain product features, advantages and offers.
Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance.
Support sales activities during the festive season.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Support the showroom team in achieving sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Advisor / ISD / Sales / Promoter roles preferred.
Experience with a competitor brand is required.
Experience in consumer durables, electronics, home appliances or furniture will be preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a showroom/store setting.
Must be available for the complete October and November 2026 period.
Important
This is a temporary off-role opportunity. Your payroll will be managed by Innovsource, while you will be deployed with Godrej.
