SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLER – KJ JEWELLERS

Job Role: Social Media Handler

Responsibilities:
Manage KJ Jewellers’ Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media accounts.
Create and post attractive content, including jewellery photos, reels, videos, offers and festival promotions.
Plan a regular social media posting schedule.
Write engaging captions, hashtags and promotional content.
Respond to customer comments, messages and enquiries professionally.
Promote special offers, schemes, new jewellery collections and store events.
Coordinate with the sales team to collect product photos, videos and offer details.
Monitor social media engagement and provide regular performance updates.




Stay updated with current social media trends and create relevant reels/content.
Maintain a qualified and attractive brand image for KJ Jewellers.

Skills Required:
Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar design/video-editing apps.
Positive communication and writing skills.
Creativity and knowledge of social media trends.
Ability to take attractive jewellery photos and videos.
Previous experience in jewellery/fashion retail marketing is an advantage.
