Job Responsibilities
Handle international customer inquiries and sales calls.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales/BPO preferred.
Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
