Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally ERP/Prime.
Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and maintain tax records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Process employee reimbursements and maintain expense records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.




Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and invoices.
Support inventory and stock reconciliation with the Store department.
Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
PreferredExperience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
