Job Description: Customer Support Executive – Telugu Voice ProcessLocation: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month
Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (day shift)
Weekly off: One day per week
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Process: Domestic voice process
Language required: Telugu
Roles and responsibilitiesHandle customer calls in Telugu and respond to queries professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Meet service quality targets while providing a positive customer experience.
RequirementsFluency in spoken Telugu.
Positive communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
A patient and skilled approach to customer support.
