Qualification: MD / DNB Pediatrics with Fellowship / DM / DrNB in Neonatology or equivalent recognized qualification
Experience: 2 - 7 Years
Duty Hours: 8-Hour Shift
Location: Kausa, Mumbra, Thane

Key Responsibilities
Management of newborns requiring neonatal and critical care
NICU patient assessment, daily rounds and treatment planning
Management of premature, low-birth-weight and high-risk newborns
Neonatal resuscitation and emergency management
Coordination with Pediatricians, Obstetricians, Nursing and other clinical teams
Counselling of parents and attendants
Ensure proper clinical documentation and compliance with hospital/NABH protocols
