We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor for our aerosol manufacturing plant in Tronica City. The role involves managing plant operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock, and coordinating with vendors for timely procurement of materials.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and packing operations at the plant
Manage factory staff and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records
Plan and follow up on purchase orders with vendors and suppliers
Coordinate with management for production planning
Ensure proper handling of materials, machines, and tools
Maintain basic production and purchase documentation
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety at the plant

Requirements:
Experience in factory operations / production supervision
Experience in purchase coordination or inventory management
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Solid coordination and follow-up skills
Candidate should be willing to work at Tronica City industrial area
