Key Responsibilities
Cash Replenishment: Refill cash cassettes and balance money in assigned ATMs according to set schedules.
First Level Maintenance (FLM): Explicit paper jams, remove rejected notes or captured cards, and handle minor technical fixes.
Security & Safety: Follow strict security protocols during cash loading, check for machine tampering, and keep the ATM kiosk clean.
Record Keeping: Maintain daily loading logs, balance sheets, and trip reports
