Key Responsibilities:
Pick products from designated locations based on customer orders.
Verify product names, quantities, and expiry dates before packing.
Pack products securely according to company guidelines.
Ensure fragile, chilled, frozen, and other products are handled appropriately.
Maintain accuracy and speed while processing orders.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic.
Coordinate with Shift In-Charge, Store Manager, and delivery partners.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products immediately.
Support stock arrangement and other store activities when required.
