Assistant Manager (AM), Product Design/Rollout position for the LM COE team.

The job description is as follows.

Candidate Eligibility:
• 23 years of experience in Last Mile, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce or 3PL operations.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a product design or process control role.
• Solid skills in excel, dashboards, and data visualisation.
• Strong Program and Stakeholder management.
• Experience in independently owning and driving projects.
• Well versed in SOP creation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously and share daily updates.
• Work with various stakeholders, including the Product team to raise recent requirements and support the launch of new processes and products in Last Mile hubs.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions.
• Deliver recent product launch plan & training management.
• Create process documentation, including SOPs and process flow documents.
