We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible HR professional who can manage internal HR processes, support employee engagement, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound calling, WhatsApp, online platforms and other channels.
Promote and sell the company’s services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information about services.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain daily calling, lead, follow-up and sales reports.
Update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Identify recent customer segments and business opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation during customer onboarding.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Service Sales.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
Experience in service-based sales is preferred.
