We are looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our production team. In this role, you will load materials, run established programs on CNC milling machines, and inspect parts to ensure high quality. Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Load raw materials and run pre-programmed CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.
Quality Inspection: Use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check finished parts against blueprints.
Shop Maintenance: Keep machines and workspaces clean, lubricated, and free of debris.
Problem Solving: Monitor machine performance and quickly report any errors or tooling wear to the supervisor.
