SalaryGeneral Candidates: Up to ₹21,000 CTC
Language Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 CTC

Mandatory SkillsGood communication skills.

Comfortable with 6 days of working.
Preferred SkillsPrior experience in insurance, sales, telecalling, lead generation, or DSA.
Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam for language-specific positions.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in Term or Non-Term Insurance will be an advantage.

Explain Term and Non-Term Insurance products to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
