Job Summary

We are looking for a DSA Coordinator to manage DSA/channel partner coordination, track loan cases, support sales teams, and ensure smooth processing from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and sales teams for business activities.
Manage and track leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Follow up for pending documents and ensure timely case processing.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Underwriting teams.
Maintain strong relationships with DSA and channel partners.




Track DSA performance and support partner activation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Resolve partner queries and provide timely case updates.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in DSA coordination, banking, NBFC, loans, or financial services.
Experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, Personal Loans, or Business Loans will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, CRM, and loan processing.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
