Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: 1–7 Years; NICU / Neonatal Care experience preferred
Location: Kausa, Mumbra, Thane
Employment: Full time
Duty: Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate joining preferred

Key Responsibilities
Nursing care of premature, low-birth-weight and high-risk newborns
Continuous monitoring of NICU patients and vital parameters
Assist Neonatologists / Pediatricians during procedures and emergencies
Medication administration as per consultant orders
Care of newborns requiring oxygen, CPAP and ventilatory support
Feeding, temperature maintenance and infection-prevention practices
Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts and NICU documentation
Follow strict infection-control, patient-safety and NABH protocols
Promptly identify and escalate any deterioration in the newborn’s condition
