We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, suggest suitable products and convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and understand customer requirements
Explain products, designs, features & pricing
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
Handle negotiations and close sales
Maintain CRM/customer records
Coordinate with billing, warehouse & dispatch teams
Generate repeat business and referrals
Skills: Valuable communication, sales attitude, customer handling, basic computer/CRM knowledge and willingness to learn.
