Manage regional sales, revenue and business development targets.
Develop recent customers, markets, territories and channel partners.
Handle key customers, OEMs and distributors.
Generate leads, inquiries and close orders.
Prepare sales forecasts, projections and territory plans.
Provide techno-commercial support and after-sales coordination.
Monitor market and competitor activities and develop sales strategies.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, seminars and exhibitions.
Travel extensively within the assigned region (60–65%).
Preferred Experience:
Experience in industrial products such as Blowers, Compressors, Vacuum Pumps. Exposure to Wastewater/Effluent Treatment, Beverages, Pharma, Process Industries or Cement will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Solid negotiation, communication, presentation and customer-handling skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
