Store Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Monitor sales KPIs and team performance.
Manage inventory, stock and store security.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Conduct team briefings and product training.
Maintain sales reports and MIS.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies.

Senior Stylist / Stylist Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.




Explain jewellery, diamond and Lab-Grown Diamond products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Generate leads and follow up with customers.
Build solid customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Maintain product presentation and store standards.
Update customer/CRM and sales records.
Support store promotions and marketing activities.
Follow company SOPs and retail processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from the Lab-Grown Diamond industry only.
Experience in jewellery/luxury retail will be preferred.
Solid communication, customer handling and sales skills.
Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
