Key ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment, sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
Support payroll inputs, salary processing and HR MIS.
Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR activities.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR documentation and prepare daily/monthly HR reports.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Support general HR administration and employee welfare activities.
