Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role-
Troubleshoot Agent and Tivoli Application Down
Need to create and edit Situation
Valuable experience on Tivoli agent upgrade.
Collaborating with various Teams + Service Desk Teams on troubleshooting the Agent level issues
Manage all BAU service request and Incidents that comes to the team’s queue.
Documentation of migrations/upgrades done and recent changes.
Assist various other project teams wherever necessary.
