We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through voice communication, ensuring a positive customer experience while addressing their needs effectively.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international calls effectively and efficiently.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
Provide accurate information and support to customers to enhance their experience.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain call logs and report issues to the management team.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and goals.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Solid customer service orientation and skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including nights and weekends.
Basic knowledge of international calling processes and protocols.
