We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix Developer with solid expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Discovery & CMDB, Enterprise Integrations, and Innovation Studio. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and support BMC Helix solutions while integrating enterprise applications and ensuring CMDB health.

Required Skills

✔ BMC Helix ITSM (3+ Years)

✔ BMC Discovery & CMDB

✔ ITIL / IT Service Management

✔ Enterprise Integrations (Intune, SCCM, XSOAR)

✔ BMC Helix Reporting & Dashboards

✔ Atrium Integrator (Spoon Jobs) & Innovation Studio

✔ HTML and workflow customization

✔ Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Valuable to Have

➕ Experience with Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Remedy SSO, Mid-tier, and BMC Remedy ITSM.

➕ Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Site24x7.
