Education: Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Expereince: 4 to 5 years of experience in Performance Management.
Experience of working on HRMS platforms,(Desirable).

Skills:
Positive understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS)
Experience in Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs & Employee Advantages Programmes
Knowledge of goal setting, competency frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information.
