Job Description:
Customer Experience & Styling:
o Welcome customers warmly and create an inviting shopping setting.
o Assist shoppers in selecting outfits, offering trend-aware advice and
recommendations based on their personal style and fit preferences.
o Provide active service in fitting rooms by retrieving sizes, matching
accessories, and offering feedback.
Sales & Store Operations:
o Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets through cross-selling and
upselling.
o Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and
gift card transactions.
o Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with professionalism and
tact.
Merchandising & Inventory Control:
o Assist in receiving, unpacking,
tagging, and steaming current inventory arrivals.
o Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping displays, mannequins,
and clothing racks clean, organized, and fully stocked.
o Perform stockroom organization and participate in regular inventory
counts/audits.
Store Upkeep:
o Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap area clean, tidy, and
organized throughout the day.
o Monitor the floor for loss prevention and adhere to all safety and security
protocols.
