Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building institutional partnerships, driving business development, expanding our college network, and achieving student acquisition and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solid relationships with college Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty members, and key institutional decision-makers.
Identify, approach, and acquire recent college and institutional partnerships to expand the organization’s presence.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Promote Blackbucks’ training, certification, internship, placement, and career development solutions to educational institutions.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, institutional acquisition, and student conversion targets.
Conduct regular college visits, institutional meetings, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
Build, manage, and continuously strengthen the institutional sales pipeline.
Identify market trends, emerging opportunities,



and potential partnerships to drive territory growth.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, CRM records, and regular performance updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth planning and execution of institutional programs.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Institutional Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or Education Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Solid business development, stakeholder management, and client acquisition abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and institutional meetings.
Prior experience working with educational institutions and established college networks will be highly preferred.
Proficiency in English and Telugu is preferred.
