We are looking for confident and energetic Process Associates who have strong outbound calling and cold-calling experience and are comfortable interacting with international customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
Handle high-volume calling and connect with 500+ customers/leads as part of the daily calling process.
Perform cold calling and effectively communicate campaign offerings.
Generate quality leads and maintain qualified communication with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the campaign.
Maintain accurate calling records and follow the defined process.
Work closely with the team to achieve individual lead-generation and incentive opportunities.

Eligibility & Experience
Prior outbound/cold-calling experience is mandatory.
Candidates with Australian process experience will be preferred.
International outbound experience with strong cold-calling skills will also be considered.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should be confident,



proactive and comfortable speaking with international customers.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and relevant Australian-process exposure.
Australian-process experience: Up to ₹28,000+
Robust international outbound/cold-calling experience: Up to ₹30,000, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
Uncapped incentives — no fixed target-based incentive ceiling.
Incentives are linked to the leads generated, allowing high performers to earn more.
