Job Title: Business Development Manager / Senior BDM – IT Solutions & Enterprise Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals with robust B2B/Enterprise Sales experience in the technology/IT solutions space.

The role will focus on new business development, client acquisition, solution selling, account management and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and enterprise accounts.
Generate leads, build sales pipeline and drive opportunities from prospecting to closure.
Handle B2B/enterprise clients and engage with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and procurement teams.
Understand customer requirements and propose relevant technology solutions.
Prepare and present commercial/technical proposals and coordinate with presales teams.
Negotiate commercials and close business deals.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Candidates with sales experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:

Candidate Profile
4–12 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Technology Sales / Enterprise Sales.
Strong recent business development and hunting experience.
Experience handling enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets.
Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Candidates from IT Solutions, Technology Sales, OEM, VAR, Channel or System Integrator backgrounds are preferred.

Multiple positions available across different experience levels and salary bands.
Immediate/short notice candidates will be preferred.
