Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT positions from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles based on job requirements and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline, interview status, and recruitment MIS.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure smooth joining.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.
