Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations, sales and business development activities.
Drive loan disbursement, portfolio growth and revenue targets for the branch.
Lead, manage and motivate the Sales/Relationship team to achieve business targets.
Generate recent business through direct sales, DSA/DST channels, referrals and local market activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners and local business networks.
Monitor the complete loan process including lead generation, login, documentation, approval and disbursement.
Track branch performance through MIS and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, documentation, credit and regulatory requirements.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections and delinquency in coordination with relevant teams.
Identify market prospects and support expansion of the branch customer base.
