Job Description

We are hiring a Production Manager for a manufacturing unit based in Waghodia. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations in the paint/coating industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations
Plan and execute production schedules (daily/monthly)
Monitor production output, productivity, and process efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Handle shade matching, shade development, and standardization
Supervise quality control, batch testing, and documentation
Manage and lead production team,



workers, and contractors
Coordinate with the lab for raw material and finished goods testing
Maintain SOPs and analyze production data for improvement
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
2–4 years of experience in paint/coating manufacturing
Solid knowledge of production processes (grinding, mixing, thinning, etc.)
Experience in quality control and lab coordination
Positive leadership and problem-solving skills
