Role & Responsibilities
Act as the primary strategic partner for Flipkart-based brand clients, managing relationships, performance KPIs, and cross-functional escalations end-to-end.
Drive GMV growth by optimizing product listing quality, pricing strategy, promotions, and inventory alignment with Flipkart’s algorithmic marketplace dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative) to execute platform-specific campaigns — including Big billion Days, Festive Sales, and Category Boost initiatives.
Monitor and analyze Flipkart Seller Hub dashboards, translating insights into actionable recommendations for margin improvement, conversion lift, and ranking velocity.




Negotiate and manage vendor terms, co-op spends, and sponsored placements — ensuring ROI-driven trade investment aligned with brand goals.
Lead quarterly business reviews with clients and Flipkart ecosystem partners, presenting performance trends, risk mitigation plans, and growth roadmaps.
