Production growth and asset performance across multiple producing fields
Recovery enhancement, reliability improvement, and operational excellence
Cost leadership with a explicit focus on achieving $10/bbl operating costs
Deployment of AI, digital technologies, automation, and advanced analytics
Strategic management of global partners and service providers
Development of a strong leadership pipeline and high-performance culture
