We are seeking high-performing Sourcing Manager for luxury residential real estate projects.
Location -Vashi Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Channel Partner (CP) network.
Activate and onboard current CPs/CPS.
Generate qualified leads and site visits through CP network.
Build and maintain robust broker/CP relationships.
Drive sales targets and business closures.
Track CP performance and ensure regular engagement.
Stay updated on local market and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile:
1+ years in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
Experience with Real Estate Channel Partner firms preferred.
Strong in CP activation & relationship management.
Proven site visit generation through CP/CPS network.
Valuable local market & broker network knowledge.
Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills.
Target-oriented with ability to independently manage CP network and deliver business.
