Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and producing bakery products, breads, pastries and desserts.
Follow standardised recipes and maintain consistent quality.
Ensure proper mise en place and smooth daily production.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Handle bakery equipment and ingredients responsibly.
Support the bakery team during high-volume production.
Candidates with experience in a bakery, café, hotel or restaurant kitchen are preferred.
