Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements from clients and the internal team.
Search for suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other sources.
Call candidates and explain job opportunities to them.
Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and interest.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Who Can Apply
12th pass/Graduate freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computers.
