•Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive event proposals and presentations, showcasing suitable venues, services, and event options.
•Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and organize events according to clients' specifications.
•Budget Management:
Ensure that event proposals align with the client's budget, and manage any financial considerations throughout the event planning process.
•Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on event progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
•Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess satisfaction levels and gather insights for future improvements.
•Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to enhance service quality and identify current business opportunities.
Mandatory
Excellent English writing & editing skills
Prior experience in events, digital agencies, or media houses
Creative thinker with ability to adapt to diverse industries
