Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to execution.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural & working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with the liaisoners and Government authorities.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design/execution issues.
- Review drawings, materials, specifications, and technical details.
- Mentor junior architects and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and design deliverables.
- Present designs and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
5+ years in Mid/High-rise Projects.
