Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMIS IT Support Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for large-scale infrastructure and construction programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating PMIS platforms with BIM, GIS, document management, and enterprise systems to enable effective project delivery, reporting, and data management. The role requires a highly skilled qualified capable of supporting complex capital projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and program management functions.

Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support PMIS platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera, ProjectWise, Aconex, or similar enterprise systems.
Design and manage integrations between PMIS, BIM, GIS, scheduling, document management, and business systems.
Support project teams with PMIS workflows, user management, permissions, and system governance.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project stakeholders.
Manage project data structures, databases, data quality,



and information workflows.
Coordinate with engineering, BIM, GIS, and construction teams to ensure seamless exchange of project information.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support and training.
Support implementation of digital delivery strategies and information management standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and quality requirements.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
