Job Description
Work on GDS for Flight, Hotel, and Car Booking, including NDC Booking, GDS Queues management, LCC booking, and Rail booking.
Assist US Based Corporate Travelers and VIPs with customer service-related concerns via inbound calls and email communication.
Communicate with vendors (Hotels, Airlines, and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls.
Provide end-to-end travel solutions during US business hours.
Skill Required:
Robust verbal and written communication skills, with comprehension of US and UK accents.
Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and Apollo).
Thorough understanding of International/US Domestic Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds, Hotel, and Car booking.
Positive knowledge about OBT (Preferred – KAYAK.)
Productive knowledge of IATA World Geography, including TC Areas,
Global Indicator, and Type of Journey.
Ability to interpret Fare calculation lines on GDS ticket images.
Capability to perform Manual fare calculations for Partial Exchange and Partial Refund scenarios.
Capacity to provide optimal solutions to travellers during after-hours or emergency situations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Approachable, cooperative, and a team player, able to garner trust and support from team members and peers.
Proficient in Customer Service Skills for managing corporate travellers.
