Job Responsibilities:
Assist in expanding the Bachpan Play School franchise network across different locations.
Identify and generate new franchise business leads through calls, online platforms, references, and market research.
Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their requirements.
Explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model, benefits, and investment process to potential clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of enquiries and prospects.
Coordinate with the senior BD/Franchise team for meetings, presentations, and closures.




Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation and franchise acquisition targets.
Conduct basic market research to identify potential locations and business prospects.
Maintain qualified communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA preferred.
Fresher with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with potential business partners.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel when required will be an added advantage.
