About The Role

Our client is looking for dynamic and well-groomed Artist Managers to join its artist management team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and an understanding of the entertainment industry. The role involves managing artist relationships, developing business opportunities, and supporting the growth of artists and their skilled engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with artists and their teams.
Understand artist profiles, offerings, and commercial requirements.
Identify and develop opportunities for artist collaborations, performances, and brand associations.
Build relationships with brands, event agencies, corporate clients, and other industry stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage artist requirements and engagements.
Support the preparation of artist proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
Assist in negotiations, deal closures,



and execution of artist-related projects.
Maintain regular communication with artists, clients, and business partners.
Track opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate profile
1 - 4 years of experience in Artist Management, Talent Management, Business Development, Entertainment, or Events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
Good understanding of artists, entertainment, and brand collaborations.
Ability to multitask, coordinate, and work in a quick-paced workplace.
Candidates with experience in Artist Management, Talent Agencies, Live Entertainment, Events, or Brand Partnerships will be preferred.
